The aim of the AGE project (AJAX Game Engine) is to implement an open source game engine for web based games like Travian. Game servers and worlds could be made, modified and played by anybody. We are not copying Travian but creating a game engine representing the same genre, and possibly along comes at least one so called flagship game.
The project is still at the very beginning, so now is a great time to give feedback and suggestions. Especially the shortcomings of Travian are of interest. Suggestions are collected to a draft. Feedback and comments are appreciated for the current contents of the draft.
